Responsibilities
- Build reliable Java backend software for the B2B Sales platform.
- Design and own scalable, resilient end-to-end distributed systems in a cloud-native microservices environment.
- Develop shared libraries and internal tooling to improve engineering team delivery velocity.
- Build solutions using event-driven architectures, pub-sub patterns, and message brokers.
- Use AI coding assistants such as Cursor and Claude while applying engineering judgment to their limitations.
- Support enterprise sales performance and revenue management at scale.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or a closely related discipline, including B.Tech or B.E. qualifications.
- 7–9 years of hands-on experience in sophisticated engineering environments, including cloud-native application development, scalability problem-solving, and event-driven system design.
- Strong production-proven experience with Java and Spring Boot.
- Experience designing or operating distributed systems and microservices architectures at scale.
- Understanding of event-driven patterns, pub-sub models, and message brokers such as Apache Kafka.
- Active experience using AI coding assistants such as Cursor or Claude.
