Responsibilities
- Design and build robust Java backend services for personalized, data-driven customer communication workflows.
- Contribute to distributed, event-driven systems operating at campaign and global scale.
- Develop and maintain shared libraries and internal tooling that improve reliability and delivery speed.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering stakeholders to translate communication workflows into scalable technical solutions.
- Integrate AI coding tools such as Claude and Cursor into daily development and validate their output.
Requirements
- Bachelor-level or master's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, including B.Tech or B.E.
- 3–5 years of hands-on backend engineering experience, ideally with cloud-native or distributed systems.
- Production-level experience with Java and Spring Boot.
- Experience with modern microservices architectures and distributed systems fundamentals.
- Familiarity with event-driven patterns and message brokers such as Apache Kafka.
- Experience using AI coding assistants such as Claude or Cursor with sound engineering judgment.
