Responsibilities
- Shape the overarching automation strategy and solution design, identifying optimization opportunities and technical solutions.
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable automation solutions with minimal supervision.
- Use Google Cloud Platform, Azure, Airflow, GitHub, Argo, Python, and AppsScript in automation work.
- Partner with Operations, Product Management, and Software Development Engineers to drive alignment.
- Create, own, and maintain technical documentation for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Analyze large datasets, detect patterns, deliver actionable insights, and establish KPIs and performance metrics.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of professional experience as an Automation Specialist, Analytics Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Data Analyst, or in a similar technical role.
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline such as Statistics, Computer Science, Analytics, or Engineering.
- Proficiency in Python and JavaScript.
- Proven ability to independently develop and launch automation solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
