Base Salary
$100k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, architect, deploy, and implement Siemens Opcenter MES solutions.
- Support production, quality, and traceability processes across manufacturing environments.
- Integrate MES with ERP, PLM, and automation systems.
- Drive MES strategy, architecture, implementation, and digital manufacturing transformation initiatives.
- Provide technical leadership and manage stakeholders.
Requirements
- 8+ years of MES experience, including Siemens Opcenter (Camstar).
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and shop-floor processes.
- Experience with MES solution architecture, deployment, and system integration.
- Hands-on experience integrating MES with ERP, PLM, and automation systems.
- Knowledge of GMP, FDA, or regulated manufacturing environments is preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management and technical leadership skills.
