Responsibilities
- Lead the development and migration to a workflow-as-code platform using Temporal.
- Transform the organization from scripted automation to a robust management plane.
- Design services that utilize AI for intelligent signal correlation and automated triage.
- Develop framework-level services and internal APIs for orchestration-ready products.
- Integrate deep telemetry into the management plane for explainable and auditable actions.
Requirements
- Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and their application.
- 10+ years of experience in hyperscale systems with a strong technical background.
- Mastery of backend systems languages such as Go, Java, or Python.
- Experience designing and operating complex distributed systems.
- Proven track record of developing Platform APIs with strong guarantees for idempotency.
