Responsibilities

  • Design and develop automation and tooling for Broadband software validation and release readiness.
  • Build dashboards, reports, analytics, and integrations across test frameworks, defect management systems, and reporting platforms.
  • Analyze test results, logs, telemetry, and operational data to identify quality risks and trends.
  • Support quality engineering for Broadband gateways, routers, Wi-Fi devices, and RDK-B platforms, including root-cause investigations and defect triage.
  • Develop AI-assisted solutions for defect summarization, test case generation, log analysis, knowledge search, and release reporting.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and drive improvements in quality engineering processes and tooling.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of coursework and experience or extensive related professional experience.
  • 7–10 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong software engineering experience with Broadband or device software experience.
  • Experience developing applications using LLM APIs or AI services and understanding prompt engineering concepts.
  • Experience creating internal engineering assistants, chatbots, or knowledge retrieval solutions.
  • Experience with Grafana, ELK, Kibana, and Splunk.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, modern analytics solutions, release engineering, or large-scale quality programs.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion in significant matters.
