Responsibilities
- Develop software solutions for LLM inference acceleration and serving frameworks.
- Contribute across the full product life cycle, from early R&D through commercial deployment.
- Plan, manage, and deliver large commercial software projects.
- Execute, analyze, and optimize neural networks and their operators.
- Write high-performance software for multicore systems.
- Analyze and optimize software and hardware performance on multicore architectures.
- Perform performance modeling of SoC architectures and analyze bottlenecks.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with strong written and verbal communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field and 6+ years of relevant experience; alternatively, a master’s degree and 5+ years or a PhD and 4+ years.
- 3+ years of experience with programming languages such as C, C++, Java, or Python.
- Experience with serving frameworks such as vLLM.
- Strong development skills in PyTorch.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, multimodal models, and reasoning models.
- Experience with neural-network execution, analysis, and optimization.
- Experience writing high-performance software for multicore systems.
- Understanding of multicore processor and SoC architectures, including cores, caches, memories, buses, PCIe, and NoCs.
- Experience with performance modeling of SoC architectures.
- Experience with machine-learning accelerators and related software is highly desired.
- Background in neural-network operators, linear algebra, mathematical operations, and math libraries is desirable.
- Equivalent experience may be considered where candidates can demonstrate the required competencies and ability to fulfill the role.
