Responsibilities
- Design, test, and deploy new full stack product features.
- Build and deploy APIs for interconnected services.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to manage features end to end.
- Influence system architecture and feature design while communicating trade-offs across the business.
- Improve frontend design, user experience, service availability, security, and reliability.
- Use AI-assisted development tools to enhance frontend workflows.
- Work in a TDD-first environment with pair programming and strong testing practices.
Requirements
- Experience as a full stack engineer.
- An end-to-end systems mindset focused on scalable products requiring minimal team intervention.
- Experience working in a close-knit, collaborative, rapidly growing team.
- Ability to work in an agile environment using CI/CD practices.
- Passion for creating user-friendly products that support product-led growth.
- Strong UX awareness and testing practices, especially Test Driven Development.
- Nice to have experience with Continuous Deployment, feature flags, E2E testing, AWS SQS, and AWS Lambda.
