Base Salary
$150k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical lead and provide expertise and communications to the Sponsor.
- Develop, maintain, analyze, document, modernize, and transform web-based applications, systems, services, databases, and associated interfaces.
- Develop and maintain Java-based enterprise software and AWS environments and service components.
- Work with web services/APIs and databases to inform future development decisions.
- Support COTS products, including ServiceNow, and manage enterprise software licensing, patching, and version updates.
- Support the full accreditation lifecycle and manage Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 support using service management systems.
- Develop SOPs, digital IT workflows, knowledge base content, deployment checklists, architectural diagrams, system security plans, and administrative processes.
- Recommend technical solutions that improve UX/UI, reduce operations and maintenance, increase quality and delivery speed, and provide business value.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required for the applicable customer.
- Demonstrated experience serving as a team lead while providing technical expertise and Sponsor communications.
- Demonstrated experience implementing industry best practices and technical solutions consistent with accessibility standards and agile methodology.
- Demonstrated experience with Java development, cloud technologies, AWS environments, databases, web services/APIs, and web-based systems.
- Demonstrated experience working with COTS products, including ServiceNow.
- Demonstrated experience with the full accreditation lifecycle, Tier 1–3 support, service management systems, and enterprise software administration.
- Preferred experience includes working with Sponsor and partner IT organizations, learning applications, language, compliance, and performance management applications, networking, and platform hosting technologies.
