Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain internal products and platforms.
- Execute and deliver projects with increasing autonomy and complexity.
- Translate real operational problems into pragmatic, maintainable software.
- Contribute to the technical and architectural evolution of Amplify’s systems.
- Own the quality and operational health of the code you ship.
- Use modern AI tools as part of your day-to-day engineering workflow.
- Improve the developer experience and engineering practices on Amplify.
- Collaborate deeply with Product, Design, Data, and operational stakeholders.
Requirements
- BA or BS Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3-5+ years of hands-on software development experience.
- Ability to execute and deliver feature and project work autonomously.
- Experience in modern web architecture and designing secure, scalable systems.
- Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate development and improve code quality.
- Strong debugging skills and commitment to operational excellence.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Enjoy working on small, autonomous, agile teams.
