Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain document management, document generation, archiving, and signing solutions.
- Develop and maintain API-driven architectures, microservices, and cloud-native applications.
- Optimize software solutions in line with IT standards and requirements.
- Coordinate IT Services security hardening and vulnerability management.
- Work with software product suppliers on product roadmaps and operational topics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, improve functionality, and develop standards and best practices.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including testing and deployment.
- Analyze business requirements, perform system analysis, and maintain technical documentation.
- Support team members and share knowledge across the organization.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software engineering experience working with Java.
- Strong knowledge of Enterprise Integration Patterns.
- Strong expertise with AWS services, including S3 and OpenSearch, and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git and experience implementing CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience in a regulated industry, preferably banking or finance.
- Hands-on experience building document management solutions is a plus.
- Proactive ownership and continuous-improvement mindset.
- Fluent spoken and written English is required for pan-Baltic collaboration.
