Responsibilities
- Build and maintain multi-tenant embedded-finance infrastructure serving platform customers.
- Architect systems that aggregate requests across customers and support enterprise-grade availability, latency, throughput, and cross-data-center scenarios.
- Own cross-domain features spanning business, regulatory, technical, tax, compliance, and monetization requirements.
- Design enterprise integrations by translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Make architectural decisions that support enterprise sales outcomes and large customer contracts.
Requirements
- 3+ years of software engineering experience with ReactJS and TypeScript.
- Ability to balance flexibility and simplicity in system and component design.
- Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to make pragmatic performance-versus-velocity decisions based on business impact.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Design, Compliance, and Sales.
- Ability to design for scale, maintainability, and production excellence.
- Fintech, payments, or regulated-industry experience is a bonus.
- Experience with OAuth2.0, API design, or developer documentation is a bonus.
- Solutions engineering or customer-facing technical experience is a bonus.
- Experience building BFF services or API aggregation layers using Node.js or similar is a bonus.
- Comfort taking on scoped backend tasks across the stack is a bonus.
- Strong product sensibility, user empathy, and experience incorporating user research into technical decisions are bonuses.
