Responsibilities
- Work with business executives, project managers, IT development staff, customers, and partners to understand needs and define business and technical requirements.
- Design solutions covering data visualization, workflow recommendations, migrations, and enterprise-scale architecture.
- Lead functional workshops, document requirements, define methodologies, and design appropriate customer solutions.
- Deliver onboarding, implementation guidance, training, jumpstart engagements, and tailored technical consulting.
- Provide roadmap assurance, guide project execution, manage timelines, unblock teams, and support successful customer delivery.
- Advocate for standards and best practices across observability deployments.
- Monitor recurring issues and support needs and advocate for product improvements with internal teams.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Support, and Professional Services teams on product and offering improvements.
- Stay current on Grafana Labs, observability, and related technologies.
Requirements
- Located in Spain.
- At least 5 years of experience working on deployment teams and using project management techniques.
- Direct experience with observability.
- Experience using and deploying observability stacks covering visualization, alerting, metrics, logs, and traces.
- Preferably, experience with Grafana products and enterprise observability implementations for large customers.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering customer projects.
- Excellent communication skills with customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Experience with Kubernetes, with kubectl, Helm, and Tanka preferred.
- Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Self-starter who can acquire new skills and technologies and is eager to develop new solutions.
