Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical subject matter expert at customer sites and address technical, developmental, and strategic IT needs.
- Assess customer infrastructures and recommend appropriate Red Hat cloud solutions, with a focus on OpenShift and OpenStack.
- Manage problem identification, system architecture definition, software specification, and the design, testing, and deployment of open source solutions.
- Support multiple projects across industries, monitor issues affecting project or company performance, and keep stakeholders updated.
- Produce project documentation for Red Hat and customer management teams and adapt to changing customer requirements.
Requirements
- Experience in consulting or a related role and experience with enterprise-wide deployments.
- Advanced knowledge of Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Red Hat OpenShift, and Red Hat OpenStack Platform.
- Experience with the telecommunications industry and customers is preferred.
- Ability to communicate project value, progress, and metrics to stakeholders and diverse audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English, along with analytical, problem-solving, project management, and planning skills.
- Red Hat Certified Engineer certification or willingness to pursue it within 90 days.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
