Responsibilities
- Lead and manage consulting projects through successful delivery and client satisfaction.
- Assess client technical environments and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Design, architect, implement, configure, and troubleshoot client solutions.
- Collaborate with clients and cross-functional sales, product development, and customer success teams.
- Mentor junior consulting engineers.
- Deliver technical training sessions and workshops.
- Create and maintain project plans, architecture diagrams, implementation guides, and other technical documentation.
- Stay informed about industry trends and provide proactive client recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Consulting Engineer or in a similar role with successful project delivery.
- Strong understanding of networking, security, cloud, and infrastructure technologies.
- Hands-on experience with implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting in client environments.
- Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, organizational, and project-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
- A master’s degree is a plus.
