Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate technical initiatives focused on technical debt remediation.
- Contribute hands-on to implementation and problem-solving.
- Define and prioritize remediation activities with the team.
- Provide technical guidance and decision-making support.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Manage stakeholder communication and clarify scope and expectations.
- Promote engineering best practices and continuous improvement.
- Support technical planning, prioritization, governance, compliance, metrics, and reporting.
Requirements
- Experience with technical debt remediation.
- Strong hands-on engineering and problem-solving skills.
- Technical leadership and decision-making experience.
- Stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Risk and dependency management experience.
- Knowledge of engineering standards, governance, and compliance.
- Advanced conversational English and Spanish, subject to evaluation.
- Foreign candidates residing in Mexico must have a valid INE, CURP, NSS, and RFC.
- Nice-to-have qualifications include Azure or AWS experience, DevOps and automation practices, enterprise architecture knowledge, Agile/Scrum experience, metrics and reporting skills, coaching and mentoring experience, change management capabilities, and a continuous improvement mindset.
