Base Salary
$83k - $145k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, develop, implement, and support solutions on the nCino Bank Operating System built on Salesforce.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce and nCino solutions.
- Configure and customize nCino modules including Commercial Lending, Loan Origination, Customer Engagement, and Portfolio Management.
- Configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, flows, approval processes, and security settings.
- Develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, and Visualforce.
- Design and implement Salesforce and nCino integrations with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
- Perform data mapping, migration, transformation, and data quality activities across integrated systems.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and user-interface enhancements.
- Create and maintain technical design, configuration, integration, and release documentation.
- Participate in code reviews and follow Salesforce and nCino best practices, security standards, and governance processes.
- Support CI/CD deployment, release management, production support, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and resolution.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, QA teams, and business users throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Extensive Salesforce experience.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, Lightning development, and integrations.
- Experience working with the nCino platform and lending solutions.
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and SDLC practices.
- Experience in banking, commercial lending, or financial services environments is preferred.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Configuration, Salesforce Development and Customization, Salesforce Lightning, Salesforce Integration, and the financial services domain is preferred.
- Preferred certifications include Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder, Salesforce Platform Developer I or II, nCino 201, and nCino 301.
- Commercial lending and loan origination expertise is preferred.
- Experience with Financial Services Cloud, AutoRabbit, GitHub, Jenkins, VS Code, and GitHub Copilot is preferred.
- Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and cloud technologies is preferred.
