Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and implement efficient, scalable software solutions that meet business requirements and quality standards.
- Contribute to solution architecture, technical feasibility, performance optimization, and scalability discussions.
- Develop complex features, modern microservices, APIs, and cloud-based solutions.
- Create proofs of concept and identify solutions to improve system performance and address customer challenges.
- Participate in code reviews and promote coding standards, best practices, and quality guidelines.
- Partner with engineers, architects, business leaders, and IT stakeholders to coordinate delivery and resolve complex issues.
- Perform root-cause analysis and identify gaps in existing systems and solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing through code reviews, technical talks, and workshops.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience delivering enterprise solutions in large-scale distributed software environments.
- At least 5 years of Java and Spring Boot development experience.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with enterprise cloud initiatives and cloud computing technologies.
- At least 5 years of experience designing and developing modern microservices and APIs.
- At least 3 years of experience with CI/CD pipeline automation.
- At least 3 years of experience in an Agile-based development environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with an HS diploma plus 4 years of relevant experience accepted.
- Preferred experience includes at least 2 years with Agentic AI or Generative AI.
- Preferred experience includes healthcare or health and wellness domain knowledge and hands-on full-stack development with AngularJS, JavaScript, Oracle, and NoSQL databases.
- Preferred qualifications include knowledge of Generative AI concepts such as natural language processing, text generation and summarization, conversational AI, and chatbots.
- Preferred qualifications include user-facing application development, roadmap execution, emerging cloud and IT technologies, and cross-organizational collaboration.
