Responsibilities
- Discover customer priorities and translate them into high-value Agentic AI use cases during enterprise sales cycles.
- Lead the design and execution of proof-of-value projects combining customer data, ML/AI models, and Taktile’s platform.
- Build technical prototypes, demos, and production-like integrations and workflows on the Taktile platform.
- Collaborate with customers and partners to design and build solutions in Taktile’s Agentic Decisioning Platform.
- Manage the technical scope of proofs of concept and evaluations while handling multiple high-stakes prospects with Sales.
- Present strategic value, implementation roadmaps, and full-deployment opportunities to senior and C-level stakeholders.
- Share competitive intelligence and prospect insights with Product Management to inform the AI product roadmap and positioning.
- Create reusable collateral, tools, and best practices to scale solution engineering expertise.
- Discover new use cases, implement them on the platform, assess product-solution fit, and communicate findings to Product and go-to-market teams.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience writing production Python code.
- At least 3–5 years of enterprise solutions or sales engineering experience in B2B SaaS, or senior technical consulting experience, preferred but not required.
- General understanding of REST API design, integration, and authentication preferred.
- Experience building, tuning, or deploying production ML models using tools such as scikit-learn, XGBoost, PyTorch, or TensorFlow preferred.
- Experience with AI use cases in financial services, such as fraud detection, credit scoring, or underwriting, is a strong plus.
- Experience in financial-services domains such as banking, insurance, capital markets, or payments preferred.
- Ability to communicate model behavior to both technical stakeholders and financial-services domain experts.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model from the London office at least three days per week.
