Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end partner integrations by providing technical direction, architecture reviews, and implementation documentation.
- Provide subject matter expertise, education, and rapid troubleshooting for complex partner technical issues within target SLAs.
- Communicate channel partner feedback to Product Management and Engineering to define and prioritize product enhancements.
- Develop custom tools and technical resources to accelerate onboarding, streamline workflows, and improve long-term product serviceability.
- Support the Shopping API ecosystem and integrations involving Universal Commerce Protocol, Google Business Profile, and Google Merchant Center.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Six years of experience in consulting, partner engineering, or client-facing technical roles.
- Six years of experience with client-side web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HTTP.
- Six years of coding experience in one or more languages such as Java, C/C++, or Python.
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal or external partners or customers.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms, APIs, webhooks, or merchant integration ecosystems.
- Preferred: Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Preferred: Experience with APIs, webhooks, and modern programming languages such as Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Go, or Java.
