Responsibilities
- Understand client and product requirements and convert them into feasible software designs.
- Develop, modify, troubleshoot, and maintain software programs and modules.
- Create and execute test cases, usage scenarios, and software validation processes.
- Perform root-cause analysis, resolve defects, and improve software performance and availability.
- Support software integration, deployment, monitoring, and adherence to release schedules.
- Prepare code documentation, specifications, flowcharts, reports, and project status updates.
- Coordinate with functional teams, engineering staff, project managers, stakeholders, and clients.
- Capture client clarifications, provide customer support, and track fault reports and service requests.
- Participate in continuing education, training, and certification activities.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory skill in Autonomous Network AI Engineering.
- Ability to analyze requirements, design software solutions, write code, test software, and troubleshoot system issues.
- Ability to document technical solutions and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to evaluate software-hardware interfaces and develop specifications and performance requirements.
- Ability to participate in software development life cycle activities and quality assurance processes.
