Responsibilities
- Configure and customize ServiceNow applications and modules to meet business needs.
- Manage application releases and maintain compatibility, performance, and system stability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement enhancements.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot application issues.
- Document configuration changes and maintain the knowledge base.
- Participate in team discussions, independently solve work-related problems, and provide technical guidance to junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience, specifically with ServiceNow.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow, the ServiceNow Platform, and ServiceNow Core Developer.
- Experience configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow APIs and integration techniques.
- Ability to use low-code platforms and tools for application development and automation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and understanding of release management and system stability best practices.
- 15 years of full-time education.
