Responsibilities
- Develop custom software solutions and enhance components across systems and applications.
- Implement agents, tools, prompts, planners, memory systems, evaluation loops, and clean testable code.
- Build RAG services covering ingestion, chunking, embeddings, indexing, vector databases, observability, and guardrails.
- Integrate enterprise APIs, event streams, and data sources with error handling, retries, and fallbacks.
- Write unit and integration tests, offline and online evaluations, red-team scenarios, and content/action safety boundaries.
- Prototype rapidly, demonstrate work, and communicate trade-offs and results with stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Java full-stack development.
- Strong computer science and software engineering fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and AI APIs.
- Proven ability to build end-to-end applications and integrate AI into systems.
- A visible portfolio of AI projects demonstrating experimentation and rapid iteration.
- Proficiency in at least two core programming languages, including options such as Python, TypeScript/Node.js, or Java.
- Ability to translate business problems into practical AI solutions and communicate clearly.
- 15 years of full-time education.
