Base Salary
$199k - $346k/yr
Responsibilities
- Establish, grow, and lead a team supporting digital delivery, transformation, information management, and connected data initiatives.
- Define current-state assessments, future-state operating models, digital delivery strategies, governance frameworks, implementation roadmaps, and enterprise solution architectures.
- Connect information and workflows across BIM, GIS, common data environments, program management, construction, asset management, analytics, and related systems.
- Define data standards, information requirements, governance responsibilities, integration approaches, and lifecycle information strategies.
- Guide multidisciplinary solutions from discovery and architecture through implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and communicate with executive, business, technical, project delivery, and operational audiences.
- Lead and develop multidisciplinary professionals while remaining engaged in client and project delivery.
- Support client development, proposals, scope and fee preparation, interviews, contracting, project execution, and delivery of consulting or technology-enabled services.
- Prepare strategic analyses, commercial documentation, technical provisions, procurement documents, and other technical project materials.
- Contribute to strategic planning, thought leadership, technical knowledge development, market recognition, and business development efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 12 years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree in a relevant field and 11 years of relevant experience.
- Sixteen years of relevant experience may substitute for the degree requirement.
- Experience leading digital delivery, digital transformation, information management, or connected data initiatives for transportation, infrastructure, engineering, construction, or asset-intensive organizations.
- Experience with data governance, information standards, interoperability, systems architecture, information security, quality assurance, technology implementation, and lifecycle information management.
- Experience guiding multidisciplinary teams and solutions across discovery, architecture, implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Experience with public-sector transportation agencies, infrastructure owners, or major capital programs is preferred.
- Relevant professional certification or advanced training in engineering, architecture, planning, project management, information management, asset management, GIS, BIM, systems architecture, organizational change, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Strong enterprise and systems thinking, consultative problem-solving, business and technical translation, client leadership, implementation planning, facilitation, communication, quality management, and people-development abilities are preferred.
