Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement software integration solutions using Java, Python, and C++.
  • Manage application development, testing, and deployment throughout the software lifecycle.
  • Analyze business requirements and design enterprise application architectures with cross-functional teams.
  • Use API management and microservices to improve system integration and performance.
  • Conduct code reviews and debugging to maintain coding standards and software quality.
  • Lead adoption of continuous integration and continuous delivery practices.
  • Design and maintain software project plans aligned with client needs and timelines.
  • Troubleshoot issues, optimize software performance, and contribute to business process improvement initiatives.
  • Build client relationships, anticipate client requirements, and deliver recommendations and quality work.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • At least 4 years of experience required.
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required.
  • Preferred fields of study include Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer and Data Engineering, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems or Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, and Software Engineering.
  • Preference for proficiency in Acceptance Test Driven Development, AI-human collaboration, API management, enterprise application integration, Java, Python, C++, and continuous integration and continuous delivery practices.
  • Ability to navigate complex software engineering challenges using analytical thinking.
