Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of customized Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions for the Customer Service and Sales modules.
- Oversee coding, unit testing, and debugging of applications.
- Manage development efforts and ensure Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact and mentor junior developers.
- Analyze and resolve technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.
- Gather stakeholder requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Requirements
- Require 4–5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development.
- Require proficiency in C#, JavaScript, or similar programming languages.
- Require strong knowledge of Azure services, integration capabilities, and application lifecycle management.
- Require a proven track record leading development teams and managing complex projects.
- Require excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
