Base Salary

$80k - $104k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of customized Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions for the Customer Service and Sales modules.
  • Oversee coding, unit testing, and debugging of applications.
  • Manage development efforts and ensure Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact and mentor junior developers.
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.
  • Gather stakeholder requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Requirements

  • Require 4–5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development.
  • Require proficiency in C#, JavaScript, or similar programming languages.
  • Require strong knowledge of Azure services, integration capabilities, and application lifecycle management.
  • Require a proven track record leading development teams and managing complex projects.
  • Require excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
