Responsibilities
- Own critical identity services for account creation, account management, permissions management, and account recovery.
- Architect, build, operate, and scale resilient backend systems for global user growth.
- Optimize performance and infrastructure efficiency across core services.
- Develop high-impact products and features independently from technical design through operation.
- Lead AI transformation by applying AI-assisted development practices.
- Collaborate with international cross-functional teams, UX, and product leadership.
Requirements
- Prior experience building and operating distributed backend systems at scale in production is mandatory.
- Experience with distributed systems, APIs, data-intensive applications, large-scale cloud-native architectures, and scalable databases such as PostgreSQL.
- Experience designing and scaling systems on Google Cloud Platform or AWS.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes or similar container orchestration platforms, including deploying, scaling, and operating production services.
- Golang expertise is highly desirable.
- Ability to own projects end-to-end and make thoughtful decisions about maintainable, reliable code.
- Strong communication skills and comfort leading technical discussions across teams.
- High AI fluency and experience using LLMs and AI-assisted development tools.
