Base Salary
$150k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications, copilots, and agent-based workflows using Azure AI and Microsoft Foundry.
- Build scalable integrations across enterprise systems, Microsoft 365, and Azure services.
- Develop and optimize prompts, workflows, and model orchestration strategies.
- Develop Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and Dataverse solutions, including custom APIs and connectors.
- Translate business needs into scalable technical designs and AI-enabled workflows.
- Advise stakeholders on architecture, tradeoffs, and appropriate uses of AI versus traditional automation.
- Ensure solutions align with security, compliance, data governance, testing, monitoring, and responsible AI practices.
- Establish reusable AI development practices, templates, standards, and components.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to IT teams and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience developing applications in the Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure, APIs, and integrations.
- Hands-on experience with Azure AI services or similar AI/ML platforms.
- Experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, or Copilot Studio.
- Strong programming skills in Python, C#, JavaScript, or a similar language.
- Experience integrating systems through APIs and enterprise data sources.
- Ability to translate business requirements into working technical solutions.
- Preferred experience developing or deploying AI-driven applications or automation solutions in production.
- Preferred familiarity with AI governance, model evaluation, responsible AI, security, compliance, development standards, reusable frameworks, or structured enterprise environments.
