Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain production LLM-based agents for customer-facing and internal use cases.
- Build MCP servers on existing databases and production systems and orchestrate internal and external MCP servers within a unified agent framework.
- Design and implement memory, context management, and RAG architectures.
- Create evaluation frameworks, address edge cases, and continuously improve agent performance after release.
- Develop AI solutions using Amazon Bedrock and/or Microsoft Foundry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable AI-powered products.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of overall IT experience as a Software Engineer, ML Engineer, or AI Engineer.
- At least 1.5–2+ years of hands-on experience with LLMs and AI agents in production environments.
- Strong Machine Learning, Python development, or Data Science background.
- Production experience with Amazon Bedrock and/or Microsoft Foundry, including Azure AI Foundry or Azure OpenAI.
- Proven experience building and deploying LLM-based agents, including conversational AI and workflow automation agents.
- Strong experience with an agent framework such as LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, Strands Agents, or OpenAI Agents SDK.
- Deep MCP expertise, including building servers, integrating external MCP servers, and orchestrating multiple MCP services.
- Strong production experience with RAG, embeddings, chunking, hybrid search, reranking, vector databases, and short- and long-term agent memory.
- Practical experience with agentic patterns including ReAct, Planner-Executor, Reflection, Router, Supervisor, Multi-Agent Systems, and Human-in-the-Loop.
- Experience with LLM evaluation, guardrails, monitoring, production failure analysis, and iterative optimization.
- Strong understanding of architectures combining databases, APIs, agents, and orchestration applications.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
- Preferred qualifications include fintech or regulated-industry experience, broader AWS or Azure expertise, and experience with LangSmith, Langfuse, Ragas, or custom evaluation pipelines.
