Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with other engineers to ship code.
- Build and maintain documentation for a growing remote organization.
- Solve complex problems at scale involving money movement, sensitive financial data, and novel financial mechanics.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience building, shipping, and growing non-trivial products and services.
- Backend engineering experience; OnePay is hiring at all levels of seniority for backend engineers.
- Familiarity with functional programming concepts is helpful, though experience with the specific tools is not required.
- Ability to learn quickly and continue developing technical skills.
- Strong collaboration, communication, ownership, and quality-oriented approach.
