Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end deliverables across project and business-as-usual work with minimal oversight.
- Align business strategy with software solutions and propose, design, and code solutions for complex business needs.
- Oversee required technical and procedural documentation.
- Lead complex problem solving and provide technical guidance and solution-development support to colleagues.
- Lead solution design, set technical direction, and establish and enforce development and engineering standards.
- Serve as the escalation point for complex technical challenges.
- Apply modern principles, methodologies, and tools to advance business initiatives and capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Typically 5+ years of industry-relevant experience.
- Proficiency in T-SQL/database engineering, Java development, Git source control, uDeploy/release automation, Linux/platform support, API integration, and distributed systems.
- Preferred familiarity with enterprise change-management and incident processes.
- Preferred exposure to cloud platforms or hybrid architectures.
- Preferred experience supporting regulatory or audit-driven initiatives.
- Comparable combinations of education, job-specific certifications, and experience, including military service, may be considered in lieu of a degree.
