Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into high-quality software.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web and desktop applications.
- Build GitLab-based CI/CD pipelines with automated testing and smooth deployments.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code and participate in code reviews.
- Troubleshoot and debug production and non-production issues.
- Architect complex state management solutions and optimize UI interactions.
- Design scalable data processing, fetching, caching, synchronization, and real-time update systems.
- Lead architectural discussions, contribute to technical strategy, and mentor engineers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience developing with JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Expertise in HTML, CSS, SCSS, and TypeScript, with experience building scalable applications.
- Experience with real-time communication protocols including WebSockets and MQTT.
- Proficiency with unit testing and end-to-end testing frameworks such as Cypress.
- Experience with relational and/or non-relational databases.
- Proficiency with GitLab CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools.
- Deep knowledge of state management patterns and libraries such as Redux or Zustand.
- Experience designing scalable data fetching, caching, and synchronization systems.
- Proven experience leading technical initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders, and promoting engineering best practices.
- Rust and Python knowledge is beneficial for backend integration.
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
