Responsibilities
- Design and build AI agents that autonomously perform observed, repeatable work tasks.
- Partner with customers to understand operations and identify high-value automation opportunities.
- Ship automations that eliminate manual effort and improve team efficiency.
- Own production AI agents across the full lifecycle, including building, deploying, monitoring, and iterating.
- Experiment with models and techniques, benchmark results, and ship effective solutions.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in ML/AI product development.
- A track record of delivering production-grade AI agents and shipping LLM-based systems in production.
- Strong Python programming skills and hands-on experience with the end-to-end AI agent lifecycle.
- Experience translating observed or documented workflows into deployable AI automations.
- Ability to engage directly with customers to gather requirements and iterate on solutions.
- A product-minded approach to human–AI interfaces and practical automation systems.
- Experience with AI observability and monitoring is preferred.
- Experience in enterprise AI, business process automation, or adjacent B2B SaaS is preferred.
- Ability to work with high ownership and rapid iteration in an early-stage environment.
