
Software Engineer Mid Level C++ (Fix term 1 year)

- Build and maintain exchange connectivity software in a team of approximately four developers and two QA professionals.
- Develop high-volume, low-latency financial exchange data feeds.
- Develop and maintain key libraries used across the engineering team.
- Develop underlying transport protocols for transmitting data.
- Write efficient code and improve development, testing, and deployment processes.
- Collaborate with DevOps to improve development-cycle automation.
- Provide occasional out-of-hours third-line support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in software development or a similar field.
- At least 2 years of C/C++ development experience.
- Experience developing on Windows platforms.
- Experience across the full software development lifecycle.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP and multicast communication protocols is preferred.
- Knowledge of automated testing and deployment techniques in a CI/CD environment is preferred.
