Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of automated test frameworks and test suites.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop test strategies and technical test plans.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for web, API, and backend systems.
- Identify, document, and track software defects while supporting timely resolution with development teams.
- Maintain automation codebases and participate in peer reviews.
- Mentor junior QA associates and provide technical guidance.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD build and deployment pipelines.
Requirements
- 10-12 years of experience in quality assurance and test automation.
- 10+ years of experience with Selenium, Java or similar automation tools and programming languages.
- 10+ years of experience with SQL databases.
- 8+ years of experience in API testing and automation frameworks.
- 8+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- 8+ years of experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP services.
- 10-12 years of experience with Agile methodologies.
- Equivalent combination of educational background and related experience may qualify.
- Financial services industry experience is preferred.
