Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders, product managers, enterprise architects, security teams, and delivery partners to define automation roadmaps and source use cases.
- Architect end-to-end automation solutions from requirements gathering through coding, deployment, support, and long-term operations.
- Review technical designs, estimates, and solution feasibility while providing hands-on coding and technical support during US PDT hours, including month-end and quarter-end periods.
- Maintain the intelligent automation platform roadmap and oversee platform performance, solution maintenance, and reporting hubs.
- Define design principles, architecture standards, coding best practices, security practices, and compliance requirements for the automation platform.
- Manage technical infrastructure for new agentic and UiPath platform capabilities and establish monitoring and alert mechanisms.
- Operate stable, effective, compliant, and audit-ready automation solutions at scale.
- Manage quarterly and yearly internal and external audits, ITGC activities, and user-access reviews.
- Explore and integrate hyperautomation technologies including AI/ML, intelligent document processing, and process mining.
- Lead proofs of concept for new automation capabilities and platforms and communicate technical findings and recommendations through presentations and visualizations.
- Stay current with industry trends and continue professional development through certifications and training.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in agentic platforms such as Langraph or Crew AI, Python, AI/ML, or cloud technologies.
- At least 8 years of experience with intelligent automation technologies, including hands-on coding and application development.
- Experience with agentic AI, Agentic Orchestrator, Claud AI, Python scripting, SQL, VB Scripting, OCR implementation, AI/ML, RAG, and Azure intelligent document processing.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, GitHub, or other version-control tools.
- Experience integrating applications through web services and REST APIs, and working with infrastructure models such as MCP servers.
- Knowledge of software design principles, application architecture, and the effect of data and digital technologies on business operations.
- Experience with automation data-security best practices, SOX compliance requirements, and building compliant, audit-ready automation solutions.
- Experience architecting and implementing automation solutions at scale.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder-engagement, adaptability, and continuous-learning abilities.
- Preferred exposure to Salesforce, Oracle ERP, OIC, Mulesoft, cloud technologies, product management in a SaaS or technology company, and UiPath Agents, Orchestrator, and Studio.

- Hybrid work arrangement requiring a minimum of two days per week in the office, with weekly in-office expectations subject to team variation.
- California base salary range of $164,700.00–$266,000.00, plus eligibility for a company bonus plan and Restricted Stock Units.
