Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own architecture, strategy, and execution for AI-powered features across Dynamics 365 Sales and Service.
- Design and deliver production-ready solutions using LLMs, natural language understanding, speech, and real-time reasoning.
- Lead AI model integration, platform scalability, reliability, maintainability, observability, testing, MLOps, and secure deployment initiatives.
- Partner with applied scientists, product managers, UX teams, engineering, data science, and infrastructure teams to translate customer needs into intelligent capabilities.
- Mentor engineers across levels and establish high standards for engineering quality and operational practices.
- Evaluate emerging AI frameworks, open-source tools, and Azure AI offerings and guide adoption.
- Advise the broader organization on technical strategy, architecture, and cross-team initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field and 6+ years of technical engineering experience with coding in C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python, or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of experience delivering AI/ML-based systems at production scale, ideally involving LLMs, transformers, RAG pipelines, or similar architectures.
- Experience leading engineering teams or cross-functional initiatives involving AI systems in cloud environments.
- Preferred qualifications include 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with C#, Python, Java, or equivalent.
- Experience designing and deploying AI-first applications at scale with knowledge of performance, privacy, compliance, and enterprise SaaS operations.
- Expertise in MLOps/LLMOps, including model versioning, retraining pipelines, A/B testing, monitoring, and rollout strategies.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably Azure, and experience deploying containerized AI services using Kubernetes, Docker, or similar technologies.
- Experience integrating models from Azure AI, OpenAI, HuggingFace, or custom-trained models into scalable application pipelines.
- Strong architectural and systems thinking, communication, and cross-functional influence skills.
- Experience in regulated or secure environments, including Zero Trust, privacy, and compliance practices, is preferred.
- Customer service, CRM, or enterprise productivity experience is a plus.
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and government security screening requirements, including the Microsoft Cloud Background Check.
Benefits
- The typical U.S. base pay range is USD $142,800–$274,800 per year; a separate range applies to the San Francisco Bay Area and New York City metropolitan area.
- Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
- The position will remain open for at least five days and accepts applications on an ongoing basis until filled.
