Responsibilities
- Lead complex and major incident management activities for services affected by SAP.
- Drive automation, standardization, simplification, and continuous improvement of support processes.
- Improve observability, reliability, alerting, recovery, and service performance using SRE principles and SLA, SLO, and MTTR measures.
- Promote DevSecOps practices and self-service mechanisms that decouple application and platform artifacts.
- Design tools and processes that reduce manual touchpoints and repeated stakeholder activities.
- Maintain runbooks, business continuity plans, and recovery plans while building operational capability.
- Apply AI capabilities to support incident analysis and automated resolutions.
- Communicate technical and functional issues, risks, benefits, and restoration plans to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience working with SAP Banking Services or TRBK.
- Broad expertise in at least three modules among Payments, Deposits, Business Partner, Loans, and Master Contract Management, including batch jobs and process dependencies.
- Proven experience delivering complex solutions or handling major incidents in large organizations.
- Understanding of incident and change management in large organizations or regulated industries.
- Knowledge of ITIL Service Management processes.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
- ABAP navigation and program debugging are desirable.
- Demonstrated use of AI tools to automate or reduce manual touchpoints is desirable.
