Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, deploy, and support high-quality software for the Orderpad application through production.
- Work with event-driven architecture, microservices architecture, and asynchronous APIs at scale.
- Define product features, participate in workshops, and communicate technical work to other product development teams.
- Own workstreams, track progress toward team goals, and communicate progress to the Technology Manager.
- Contribute to processes, standards, designs, and engineering practices that improve team effectiveness.
- Collaborate with distributed cross-functional teams across Bulgaria, the UK, Germany, the Netherlands, Canada, and other locations.
Requirements
- Expert knowledge of .NET and the Orderpad platform.
- Expert knowledge of asynchronous APIs at scale and experience with event-driven architecture.
- Experience delivering high-quality software using established best practices and maintaining quality throughout the software lifecycle.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate on complex problems in an Agile environment.
- Experience with Kotlin for mobile applications is preferred.
- Critical thinking, good communication skills, and the ability to influence customers and team members at the project level.
- Confident intermediate English or higher is required.
