Responsibilities
- Develop and improve backend systems through greenfield development and enhancement of existing systems.
- Build REST APIs and microservices supporting card payments, treasury management, transaction booking, and crypto liquidity.
- Design and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing systems using Java, PostgreSQL, and Spring Boot.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to deliver maintainable business logic and financial products.
Requirements
- Demonstrable backend development experience and fluency in Java.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or another relevant science discipline.
- A track record of building complex products used by millions of people in hypergrowth startups.
- Fluent written and verbal English communication skills, along with a quick-learning, ambitious, and results-driven approach.
