Base Salary
$126k - $144k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Copilot Studio agent solutions, managing scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
- Design and implement AI agent solutions using prompt architecture, RAG frameworks, and connector strategies.
- Build RAG pipelines leveraging SharePoint, Microsoft Graph, and custom connectors.
- Develop reusable prompt templates and standards for consistent deployments.
- Define and execute MCP and connector integration strategies.
- Implement governance, security controls, Entra ID integration, and data access boundaries.
- Build and oversee Power Automate workflows for orchestration and business process automation.
- Coordinate testing, stakeholder reviews, and user acceptance activities.
- Act as the primary delivery contact between Capgemini and Morgan Stanley stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience delivering AI solutions within a Tier 1 financial services organization is preferred.
- Familiarity with COO, PMO, or operational transformation functions is preferred.
- Microsoft certifications in Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or Azure AI are preferred.
- Experience with vendor-managed delivery models and client governance frameworks is preferred.
