Base Salary

$85k - $184k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders to determine user requirements and incorporate customer and telemetry feedback into feature designs and fixes.
  • Contribute to feature architecture, design proposals, code plans, prototypes, and technical validation under technical leadership.
  • Implement extensible and maintainable code with attention to diagnosability, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Break work items into tasks, provide estimates, review product features, and escalate delivery issues.
  • Develop production and deployment automation and run code in simulated or non-production environments to validate functionality.
  • Contribute to engineering systems, test infrastructure, and developer tools that improve product and team efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical discipline with proven coding experience, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience coding in C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements, including the Microsoft Cloud Background Check.
  • Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree in computer science or a related technical field, or a bachelor’s degree plus 2+ years of technical engineering experience.
