Responsibilities

Develop and deliver innovative Android features for mobile products and the reader app.
Use data analysis, product ideation, experimentation, and A/B testing to optimize user experiences and engagement.
Plan and deploy mobile platform infrastructure for building, testing, and deploying product experiences.
Contribute to application architecture, technical direction, coding standards, and code reviews.
Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
Collaborate with design, product, and research teams to achieve product goals.
Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve development efficiency.

Experienced native Android developer with a proven track record.
Experience shipping Android features that optimize user experience and drive engagement.
Experience designing and implementing A/B tests with a scientific, data-based approach.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and learning abilities.
Ability to work autonomously, handle ambiguity, and adapt to rapidly changing conditions.
Passion for audio AI and making content universally accessible.

Remote-first role that can be performed from anywhere, with a preference for working between GMT and GMT+5.
