Responsibilities
- Architect end-to-end solutions integrating AEP Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Journey Optimiser, and AEP RTCDP.
- Design scalable data ingestion, audience activation, identity resolution, profile activation, and downstream integration patterns.
- Create solution blueprints documenting data flows, configuration standards, integration touchpoints, and reusable design patterns.
- Optimize AEP configurations, reporting structures, performance, and usage across customer journey solutions.
- Guide implementation teams on Adobe Journey Optimiser journey design, decision logic, real-time triggers, and event handling.
- Establish architecture governance, review checkpoints, technical standards, and compliance-aligned data practices.
- Evaluate existing martech and data platform landscapes and recommend integration approaches.
- Document solution decisions, technical standards, and operational runbooks for maintainability and knowledge transfer.
- Translate asset and wealth management client journeys, data sources, and operational processes into AEP capabilities.
- Coordinate hybrid collaboration and alignment across distributed cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Deep hands-on proficiency in AEP Customer Journey Analytics, including data view design, advanced segmentation, and journey performance analysis.
- Strong experience configuring and operating Adobe Journey Optimiser for complex orchestration, real-time triggers, and rule-based decisioning.
- Expert knowledge of AEP RTCDP, including schema design, identity stitching, and profile activation.
- Understanding of asset and wealth management concepts such as client lifecycles, portfolio review workflows, and advisory communications.
- Broad experience with enterprise architecture, integration patterns, and data modeling.
- Ability to collaborate with marketing, analytics, operations, and engineering professionals.
- Strong communication skills for explaining complex architectural options and trade-offs to technical and business stakeholders.
