Responsibilities
- Build unified infrastructure for real-time and deferred multimodal feature extraction from meetings using advanced models.
- Design reusable infrastructure for multimodal sessions, agents, CloudPC/CUA workloads, and Microsoft product scenarios.
- Use idle CPU/GPU resources to improve the cost efficiency and scalability of meeting intelligence processing.
- Lead high-quality, secure, maintainable software development through architecture, design decisions, code reviews, testing, and engineering best practices.
- Drive cross-team collaboration and embed security, automation, compliance, AI-enabled development, and continuous improvement into the software lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field and technical engineering experience with coding in C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements, including the Microsoft Cloud Background Check.
- Experience with cloud services, networking programming, or large-scale server applications is preferred.
- Experience with prompt engineering, evaluation strategies, and model hosting best practices is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with model training pipelines is preferred.
- A master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field is preferred.
