Responsibilities
- Develop core Java and Spring web applications.
- Participate in requirements analysis and propose technical solutions.
- Own feature development and independently drive development processes.
- Take responsibility for deployment pipelines and CI/CD processes.
- Debug and support existing applications.
- Work with distributed teams using Kanban and Scrum frameworks.
- Understand SDLC processes and underlying technical requirements.
- Manage interns and junior developers, measure performance, and provide feedback.
- Share technical expertise, identify training needs, and support team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or engineering, or be in the last year of a university degree.
- 4+ years of hands-on Java development experience.
- Expertise in Java 8 or later.
- Expertise in the Spring Framework.
- Good knowledge of JPA/Hibernate and SQL/NoSQL.
- Good knowledge of Linux commands and scripting.
- Good command of English.
- Strong analytical skills.
