Responsibilities
- Design and maintain scalable Java/Spring Boot distributed services supporting billions in monthly transaction volume.
- Build user interfaces with React to help treasury operations work efficiently and safely.
- Develop logic for bank-specific API behavior, holiday schedules, regional settlement cut-offs, and other global money-movement constraints.
- Build and optimize data infrastructure for reconciliation and a reliable source of truth.
- Design technical solutions balancing latency, throughput, adaptability, and scalability.
- Own problems and drive projects from proposal through delivery and measurable impact.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Java or other JVM-based languages and hands-on Spring experience.
- At least 3 years of experience with React.
- Experience with backend development, SQL or NoSQL databases, synchronous and asynchronous communication, and distributed systems.
- Experience with web development technologies, including REST APIs, microservices, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable code and apply engineering best practices.
- Customer-focused product mindset, strong ownership, communication, collaboration, initiative, and knowledge-sharing skills.
Benefits
- Starting salary of €4,250–€5,750 gross per month plus Wise RSUs.
