Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design and delivery while ensuring development standards, code quality, scalability, and performance.
- Act as a subject matter expert, manage team execution, and make decisions for the team and across multiple teams.
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and implement best practices to improve software quality and efficiency.
- Mentor team members and support their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate custom software components.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of experience in SAP FI CO Finance.
- Proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance and strong knowledge of financial processes and ERP integration.
- Experience designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and software quality focus.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- 15 years of full-time education.
