Base Salary
$152k - $221k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales teams to qualify Google Cloud and AI-first opportunities, address technical objections, and remove adoption blockers.
- Lead technical relationships with premier higher education customers in California through product briefings, proof-of-concept work, and coordination of technical resources.
- Prototype intelligent integrations, autonomous agents, and AI-powered workflows in customer and partner environments.
- Design AI-optimized enterprise architectures and integration strategies with secure platform and data infrastructure foundations.
- Present technical solutions to university stakeholders and executive leaders and travel up to 30% to campuses, conferences, and related events.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 10 years of experience with cloud-native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
- Experience engaging with and presenting to technical stakeholders and executive leaders.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure engineering, on-premise environments, virtualization, or containerization platforms.
- Preferred experience partnering with R1 and R2 higher education institutions on digital transformation and AI readiness.
- Preferred experience architecting solutions and demonstrations using Gemini and autonomous agentic workflows.
- Preferred expertise migrating and modernizing legacy applications for scalable cloud platforms and advanced AI/ML workloads.
- Preferred understanding of enterprise security and complex networking for AI pipelines, LLM deployments, and distributed architectures.
- Preferred ability to learn and adapt to emerging AI methodologies and Google Cloud solutions.

- US base pay is $152000–$221000, plus a 42.86% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
- Travel to university campuses, industry conferences, and related events may be required for up to 30% of the time.
