Responsibilities
- Design and architect SIXT’s future HR technology landscape end-to-end.
- Develop scalable, AI-powered HR system solutions using AI-assisted development tools and modern software architecture principles.
- Translate complex HR business requirements into technical architectures and system designs.
- Evaluate, select, and integrate AI tools and platforms to improve development efficiency and system quality.
- Establish best practices and standards for AI-assisted software development in HR technology.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders and the People Systems, Data & AI team to align solutions with business needs.
Requirements
- Proven experience in software architecture and system design, ideally in HRIS or HR technology environments.
- Strong technical foundation in software architecture and experience designing complex, scalable systems from scratch.
- Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, Cursor, or similar vibecoding platforms.
- Understanding of HR processes and data structures.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Creative, bold, and adaptable approach to building new technology solutions.
